Subscribers to BASECAMP now have another reason to rock. Atmospheric rock band Reisender has released "The Definitive Reisender", a digital package including 30 tracks from their basement studio in Little Saigon, (Portland) OR. Five years after tearing down the sound proofing and selling the gear, the band consisting of college friends Chris Ward (vocals, guitars) and Brad Hartman (percussion) have decided to collect lost tracks, artwork and a few extras and put together a package defining the bands two year stint.

About Reisender:

In 2001, drummer Bradley 'Buzz' Hartman and singer Christopher Grant Ward traveled to Portland, Oregon to write, perform and record an eight song album entitled "All Throughout".

In the basement of their house in Little Saigon, they formed REISENDER (Rye-zin-der), a German word for traveler and single from Ward's 1999 album Volvoboy. Over 17 months, they wrote music and played live in the Portland area. REISENDER'S sound has been described as a blend of British Rock, American Blues and trip-hop grooves, and been likened to U2, the Doors and Echo and The Bunnymen.
